I recently moved back to New York from Arizona and needed my car shipped. Prior to knowing about this transport review website, I found this company on the web called American Auto Transporters that I was originally going to have ship my car. They were the worst company ever and you can read the really bad review I gave them on this site. After dealing with them, I almost didn't ship my car AT ALL. I contemplated driving over 2600 miles just to avoid dealing with another company like them. After reading the excellent reviews on Auto Zipper, I decided to give them a call. I am so glad I did. My experience with Auto Zipper was WONDERFUL from beginning to end. My primary contact person was Brian who was friendly, courteous, and a true professional. My window for pickup was small since my move was quit sudden. Brian was honest with me from the beginning in that he was unsure if he could get my car on a carrier in such short notice, but he told me he would make a few calls and call me right back. He did in fact call me right back and he was able to have my car picked up within a few days. I was so happy, and at that point I felt very confident in the company I was not only putting my trust into but giving my money to. I was contacted by the driver in advance with the date and time he would be picking up my car. He too was friendly and courteous and most important... on-time! My car was delivered to me in the same condition it was picked up. It was all around a good experience and extremely reasonable price wise. I would definitely use Auto Zipper in the future and I would urge anyone else looking to ship their vehicle to use them as well. It is nice to see that there are still companies out there that take pride in customer service!
