Auto zipper has transported my car to California four times. They are always on time for pick up and drop off. This time, I didnt plan ahead. When I called Autozipper they didn't have one of their regular drives able to get the car out when I needed it.

I asked Brian, at AUTOZIPPER, to check and see if he could find an earlier ride. He found Freedom Transportation of East Meadow NY. This company said they were leaving 4 days earlier and could get my car to California 4 days earlier then AUTOZIPPER. Brian said he had never worked with this group before, but when he checked them out all the paperwork seemed in order. So for a promised delivery date 4 days before Autozipper I decided to use Freedom Transportation out of East Meadow NY.

WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!!!
Freedom Transportation of East Meadow, New York lied about their departure time, their arrival time and everything in between.
NEVER USE FREEDOM TRANSPORTATION
ONLY USE AUTOZIPPER DRIVERS
Auto zipper not only kept in touch with us and the useless company Freedom Transportation and its driver, Brian was ready to go and get the car off the truck when they arrived in California but said they weren't delivering it until the next day.

Brian and AUTOZIPPER keep us informed about our cars whereabouts even though we didn't use their driver. They apologized to us for finding this company, even though they did it at our request. It was our decision to use this useless company allegedly to get our car to California two days earlier. AUTOZIPPER worked as hard to please us as if any of this was their fault. It was not. I learned a good lesson. NEVER use anyone not affiliated with AUTOzipper.
