Lacked Communication

I set up my order for shipping a motorcycle and I did not hear anything after that. On the 6th day after the order I caller and they said it was still waiting to be assigned. On the 7th day after, I called and they said they were backed up due to holiday. Ok. Then within an hour it is assigned, I get a text message saying pick up is that day and drop off to me is the next day. Yay! I waited all day for delivery and never came. I called and the company got a hold of the driver saying he wouldn't be there till the next day first thing in the morning. The next day comes which is a saturday, the office is closed and I received no information from the driver. I waited again all morning and nothing. Then about 3pm the driver shows up. No 2 hour notice call. It was very frustrating not being able to reach their office on the weekend since they are closed. I'm just glad my shipment got to me.

Please keep in mind our pickup times for motorcycles 1 - 10 business days as stated over the phone and on you order confirmation. It seems you received your bike in within our agreed upon time frame.
