I had to ship my son's car from Toronto to California. After reading so many negative reviews I was very worried about finding a reliable broker. I found Auto Go Transport and their service was exceptional. I originally dealt with Briana. She always replied to me in a prompt and courteous manner. Melissa then handled my order. The original transport trucker's truck broke down and my son would have had to wait another week for his car. Melissa found another trucker at the last moment for me. My husband and I hopped into two cars to meet the trucker in Buffalo. We communicated with Sergei by phone and texting. He waited an extra hour for us in Buffalo due to bad traffic. His truck was clean and he was very professional and courteous as well. He met my son and dropped of his car for him. We are all thrilled. Do not hesitate to us this company.
