I held off from shipping my vehicle for a long time because I had heard so many horror stories from people about their experience. Michelle Mesa at AutoGo was wonderful! She was very professional and responsive whenever I reached out to her with a question. And…if I had any concerns with the transport company that actually pick-up and delivered my car, Michele was on it. As many times as I reached out to Michelle for a status update, she never made me feel like I was bothering her, she put my concerns at ease. My car was picked-up on-time and delivered within 7 days, which was sooner than I expected. My car arrived in perfect condition and the driver was very courteous. I would recommend AutoGo! Thanks again Michelle!!!
