There are many variables in a move that can either make it go smoothly or disastrously. Let me tell you, when one of them goes wrong it can feel like the end of the world. During our last move we THOUGHT we had our two vehicles set up to transport with another auto shipping company recommended by our moving company. The day before our supposed pick up, I called to confirm. This company informed us that they had no record of our ever confirming the transport with them. Therefore, we were not on the schedule for pick up. I cannot go into detail without writing a novel but let me just say they were of their rockers and I told them to forget it. I found all of this out while the movers were loading our truck and we were flying out 2 days later. Long story short, our realtor was able to put us in touch with Michelle at Auto Go. When I initially called her I thought how crazy she must think I am to be calling last minute. It was the exact opposite. Michelle did everything she could to get our vehicles picked up within the 2 days before we flew out. Last minute, for TWO vehicles during the busiest time of the year. It was not able to work out but Michelle was able to get our vehicles picked up right away the following week, just 5 days after I called. Also, she worked with us and coordinated with our realtors office, whom we left our vehicles with since we were flying out. Not only that, Michelle guaranteed that our vehicles would be delivered in one week. It was better than that and they were delivered in 6 days! The last vehicle we had transported before this it took almost 3 weeks for delivery!! We will definitely be using, and recommending, Auto Go for all of our of our future transports.
