Kristina went above the job and performed exceptionally. I really can't say enough. I remember when people bent over backwards to help you instead of "not my job" or "that's the way it is" > Be proud Kristina that you are exceptional. Cudos to your employer for hiring you. Exactly what did Kristina do? She took a poor customer service experience with another company without bad mouthing the other company and turned it completely around. She actually called to find a driver in the area of my client in Virginia and got the pick up the same day within hours of the initial call. Luck? NO Excellent Customer Service. Price was good, but not the point. Getting the job done ws the point! We have had many experiences with shipping brokers most fair some horrible. Kristina will get my call every time, the first time.
