I contact them over a moth ago about transferring my vehicle from Utah to California. 3 weeks prior to date when I wanted the car pick up they took the deposit out of my account. When I inquired about it, I was told that reason it was taken out before is to be in compliance with the network and also the carriers need to know this real order and that I'm serious about transporting my vehicle. Didn't hear anything back from them. Week before date I wanted the car pick up I text again for an update. Nothing, it took me 3 text an email before I got a response. They finally wrote back said they are negotiating and finalized before they can dispatch out to a carrier. 2 days prior to originally date we needed the car go out still nothing. I text and email and all they said was it was explained that we need to wait for carrier to contact. Long story short I had to send a nasty email demanding answers or my deposit back so I can look for someone else. I received an email from another rep by name of Jose who responding to my email and he was able to make it happen. I was quoted $400 but ended up paying $600. I wish I had Jose in the beginning to deal with instead of Christian aka Chris. This would've eliminated a lot of stressing over the weeks prior to getting our car transported.
