I received a call on Friday stating that I needed to hurry up and sign the contract and get it back to them because they had a carrier waiting to pick up the vehicle. I rushed through and sent it back within 10 minutes. 5 days later, no carrier after being promised three different times at a carrier was going to pick up the load. 10 days later, same lies and same run around. When I tried to get my money back they told me in every way possible that I would never get it back. They try to act like a big broker but it is only Chris and Nikki. Nikki actually answered a call while driving in her car at one point. Professional? Not even close. Lesson learned. Filing with the BBB next.
