I scheduled a pickup in PA to pickup a Ford Excursion. Paid the 100.00 deposit and 1 month went by and no communication from them. I called them and they stated they would try to get a pickup date soon. Another week went by and I canceled the pickup and went and got it myself.
Called to get a refund and 3 people told me they would get me refund since service was never given. In contract it does state that no refund will be given if you cancel 7 days after a pickup date was given.
Since no pickup date was given I should get my refund. This company is a complete SCAM. Do not give them any money or have them provide any services. Spoke with Kevin the owner, Michelle, Rich and Avita. Avita was just rude and is obviously a part of this scam. We will be seeking lawyers since it is more the principle then the money itself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE ANYTHING.
