It is my belief that this company does not provide a service to its customers. They insist on a deposit,
to be paid by electronic check so that there can be no challenge. In two weeks, all I got from them was the same message over and over to be patient.They give a low ball quote, then, simply take the deposit and run. Shame on me for not reading their fine print which basically says all they do is put the bid up for carriers. Since the bid was low to get your attention, no carrier will transport your vehicle. However, since they only promised to list you with carriers, they say they have done their job. Obviously, this is not the only service that customers are expecting. If you read their fine print and look at their feedback, you will know not to use them.
