Auto Transport Online gave me an all around excellent experience. Sharon was the main contact person that I worked with and she was extremely responsive to my unique situation. She was also very informative. This was a completely new experience for me, and she described the process step by step so that I understood how to most effectively expedite the transportation process. Sharon also kept on top of things and provided feedback all the way through the process. She was excellent at keeping in touch with updates on a frequent basis, I always knew where things stood in the process. Most especially though, Sharon was kind and understanding and great to work with. My transport request was picked up in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I would most definitely recommend this company and definitely Sharon as a contact person.
