I was initially very apprehensive and concerned about shipping my car cross country from Miami to Los Angeles since I had never done this before, so I did my homework. I researched a lot on line. Read up on the industry and how it worked. After finally getting as much information as possible, I sent out quote requests to about 20 or so company's. After getting emails and phone calls, I began to weed out the one's that shot too low a price, seemed to desperate or that just didn't give me a good feeling (listen to your gut instincts!). Then I was lucky enough to find this site where the company's are reviewed. I finally decided on Auto Transporters Online and couldn't be any happier! They weren't the cheapest, but you can't always base your decisions this way. Especially big ones like this. From the great customer service I received from Caroline, to the on time pick-up at my front door, to the updates from the truck driver and finally to the incredibly quick delivery - I received my car less then 24 hours upon my arrival in LA! I felt blessed! Not only to the front door, but in one piece, no damage, no hassles! I would not hesitate for a moment to contact Caroline again for any future auto transport needs and I will definitely recommend her to anyone whom asks me.
