This was my first time contracting with a company to have my car transported across the country. I researched over 20 companies, and after item by item comparisons including BBB reviews, I decided on Autotransporters Online. They hired Pioneer to haul my car, and it was at that point that I started to get nervous because I discovered that my car at pick up time was going to a holding station, an action that I believed to be a direct violation of our agreement. Within minutes, the tow truck driver had a Pioneer representative call me and explain in detail where my car was going, how it was going to be delivered, etc., clarifying all of my concerns. My car arrived on time and in good condition. I am grateful to Autotransporters Online representative Krista Phelps for responding to my phone calls for information and updates, all of my email requests, etc.--for simply doing a wonderful job with facilitating communication among all involved.
