Horrible customer service

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Once they have your credit card and deposit, they will ignore you and not return your call. I left over 10 messages and emails because they were late to pick up my car 1 week. I had to pay storage fees of over $200. Maria (the owner) answers the phone and pretends she is not Maria. Several times she did this and did not forward my messages. After calling maria with a blocked caller id, she picks up the phone and played dumb about being late. When you confront her, she will curse and threaten to file a police report for harassing her. She is the biggest liar i have dealt with and not very stable. I have several nasty emails from Maria which i found to be very unprofessional, i can forward these emails to anyone that is interested. If you want to save yourself time, the headache and stress, please use a different company.

This customer placed a fake order with us and then had his friends post fake orders in an attempt to defame our company, by demanding dates and prices that we told him would be too low to get picked up. I believe it's a competitor trying to provide fake and false ratings because he sent us an email with alot of profanity towards the owner Maria and he blatently admitted to having his friends and other customers call in to place fake orders and called us during HOLIDAY when our offices were closed. Then tried saying that we never returned his calls. THIS IS A FAKE CUSTOMER ( A Competitor with too much time on their hands ) LOOKING TO DEFAME OUR REPUTATION.
