I contacted this company to transport a bike from Reno to Phoenix. I received an "estimate" for $395.00 - I requested a quote, not an estimate which took me several days. Finally I received a quote for $425.00 - I authorized to go ahead and supplied my credit card info. Several days later I received a call from their dispatches and she said that she had a driver that could transport the bike for $450.00 (plus the $195.00 they had already charged to my card) I told her that I had a quote for $425.00 and she said, no, that's only an estimate. I replied that I had a quote in writing and that I would not pay anything more. She said it would be impossible to find a driver for that kind of money. Several days I received another call, thid time the transport was going to cost $400.00 plus the $195.00 already charged to the card. I finally agreed. the then said I would have to pay the driver myself the $400.00
I sent an email requesting that they confirm in writing that this would be the full and total costs. No repsonse. I requested this twice more via email. No response. I finally cancelled the order. Now I'm trying to get my $195.00 dollars back. These people are a bunch of crooks. They give you a low estimate, and than find you drivers that cost more than their "estimate". A typical bait and switch operation which I was dumb enough to fall for. My advise, do not touch this company with a 40 feet pole. They are crooks !!!
