Do Not Use, shady business

This company requires you to sign documents guaranteeing payment (up front) to them regardless of their services (which is next to none). Background: I serve in the military and looked to ship my vehicle during a particular one week window in late January 2018. I scheduled and gave all information to Donna SIX WEEKS IN ADVANCE. (Yes I understand that transport drivers schedules vary and aren't set in stone until closer to the date requested). I contacted Donna / Auto Transport Solutions a week from my scheduled date, and was told they had two companies willing to pick up my vehicle but would need to wait closer to the pickup date. Two days prior to my "no-later than" ship date (as I had to be on the road along with my household goods en route to the place I was moving), Donna / Auto Transport Solutions would not answer or return my calls / emails. I found a local company where I was able to drop off my vehicle at their trucking / holding area, and drove to my new location. Auto Transport Solutions sent an email and gave my information to a third party company to pick up my vehicle NINE DAYS AFTER MY SCHEDULED NO-LATER-THAN DATE. I had to "eat" the $200 "up front" fee for them to find a transport well after my scheduled date (the local company would've done it for less than Auto Transport Solution's original quote had I known to go to them first) Auto Transport Solutions is a middle-man that gets you to sign documents and pay a premium up front. Once they are paid, they could care less about the service they give. I attempted a charge-back citing their lack of services, but the documents they have you sign is a "C.Y.A." policy so they can keep your money. My advice: Search local like I did, and don't use the scammers at Auto Transport Solutions
