"ANDREW and DIRK are THIEVES and LIARS. I received a quote of $810 on 5/31 via email from Andrew to ship my vehicle. I paid him $110 via credit card upfront and was told to have $700 to give the driver when he delivered the vehicle.
The driver showed up (5/22) and said that his paperwork showed that he was to be paid $750 cash. The driver would not release the vehicle unless I gave him $750 cash so I did so.
I immediately contacted Andrew (5/23). He agreed to reimburse $50 to my credit card. Nine days went by (6/1) and I did not receive the reimbursement. I called Andrew and left a vmail. I also texted and emailed him but he did not respond. Then I called another # at Auto Transport Solutions and got Dirk, the "Quality Assurance Manager." I called him at 9 AM (6/1) in the morning and he said that he would get back to me in 30 minutes. He did not. I called both Andrew and Dirk all day long and they did not pick up the phone.
