cynthia@autotransport-ondemand.com. was an absolute ROCK-STAR of the vehicle shipping business!!! She proved with determination, respect & honesty that all shipping companies are NOT the same. Cynthia had an issue with the transport company giving here a rock solid date, I called the company & got the runaround, I told her that they would not be transporting my MINT condition Road King I called Cynthia & was already palming to go pick it up myself because of ALL of the horrible shipping nightmares. Cynthia said that she would have a company & a solid date within the hour well this AMAZING lady called me back in about a half hour with a company for me to research & a date which was in the middle of a 10-12" snow storm well in comes a truck with Golz transportation on the side & a very hard working kind Russian gentleman who not only transported my bike in a massive snowstorm but because I wasn't going to ride it in the snow helped me (well I helped him to get my bike down the dead end street to my storage behind my house & he was on his way back to Chicago! If you have heard the shipping company nightmares Contact Cynthia she will change your entire perspective ! Cynthia I cannot thank you enough for not only being a lady of your word but for being such an Amazing person!!! THE ROCK STAR OF HER INDUSTRY!!! Oh & the middle of a HUGE snowstorm just as Cynthia stated the date, the time & the dollar mount all remained the same. I know that your really liked the bike so when I am done updating some things I will get you a picture as its getting nicer everyday!
