Needed to get a truck delivered ASAP, Dealt with Adam who told my husband what he wanted to hear to avoid accepting other companies offers. Also told it was door to door service which is great because the person receiving the vehicle didn't have transportation. Said truck would be delivered Friday, driver said could be as early as Thursday. Great news right? Well come Sunday no phone calls, no updates until a text was received that the truck could be picked up half hour away. Wow, multiple points of failure here, horrible customer service. Please go with any other company to avoid this happening to you! Luckily we have had this experience and will choose another company for this other vehicle we need to ship.
