This is my second car shipped cross country in two years via Sherry Padrigo of Auto Transport Connections LLC. Both experience were flawless and delightful- while we cannot say the same of the two cars shipped by my son using another cheaper company. This time we shipped a white Mercedes sedan that has not one scratch on it. We were fearful when we could not find a closed carrier in our time frame. However, using an open carrier Sherry picked, the car arrived without a scratch or extra dirt, at significant less cost to us. Our limited contents were undisturbed, and the odometer stayed the same. We are most pleased and relieved, but not surprised based on past experience with Sherry, knowing that she is skillful at working with people and able to get the most reliable truckers to take her contracts. Sherry gave us two carriers to choose from that had trucks for our route within the time window I specified for pickup. The one we picked happened to be Cypress Auto Shipping Co. Their contact Tommy and their driver Albert were superb to work with. Both gave good advice. For example, "don't be tempted to weigh down the car or one may risk damage to the under carriage". I will use Sherry's service again because it is not enough that I know a couple of good trucker companies. Each company only has a couple or a few trucks. Only a broker like Sherry will have access to a large number of the right truckers and trucks that fit my time frame requirements. As a result, I sent out my car after the pick up of my container and received my car right before the arrival of my container, plus my air flight fitted in neatly. No delay allowed us the good fortune of missing out on the snow storm of the century by a few days. No delay means no extra expenses and much less stress. We are most pleased and can recommend Auto Transport Connections LLC without reservation.
