unreliable unprofessional service

This is unbelievably below a zero rating. From the very first I explained our situation to the carrier. We had plane reservations for a set date and had never used a car transport service before. We started the process around the 20th of August. We wanted the car picked up before our flight on October 1st. We left the pickup date up to the carrier. He aimed for September 29th but we were open to any time before that.

As we got closer to the 29th, we started getting responses to our phone calls that he That was the last call we received without our first calling and asking for an update. then we no longer got any calls, even responding to our calls. I had told them we were remote and were willing to work out a way to get this done. It turns out that this is not a route they usually book. I didn't know that there are lists of truckers broken down by routes they usually work. If this company had been professional, this is the first place they could have let us know that we would be better served by fining a company that worked the route from NY to Florida. At any one of our following calls for information, they could have notified us that they were unable to find someone for us and we would do better by starting over with another company.

Perhaps if we had a more expensive car or if we had a simpler location we might have gotten better service. but they are not reliable or professional if there are any glitches that have to be worked out. We are snow birds so this the possibility for repeat business which they have blown. I cannot recommend them for anything.

I'm sorry Bruno that you felt that our service was less than acceptable and the review you left us was not completely accurate. Our ratings do speak for themselves and obviously we cannot make everyone happy but we do our best. When you placed the order with us in advance we explained to you that we would not hear back from our carriers for at least a week prior to your pickup date. Every time you emailed or called us we always got right back to you to update you on our progress. When we spoke to you on the 27th we told you that we had a carrier we were working with who could pickup on the 30th and as soon as we had everything set up that we would give you a call. We called you on the 30th to tell you that we had a carrier for you but you would not answer our calls and you have no voice mail set up so we were unable to leave you a voice message. We then got a voice message from you that you were canceling with us. I do however see that you have your car listed with another company for $750 now and as I explained from your rural location it wont go for anything less than $900. Again, I'm sorry if you feel that another broker could have had a carrier for you sooner but we all use the same carriers so I wish you the best of luck with another company.
