Sherry was terrific and very accommodating as some dates/destinations changed. She was always very prompt in getting back to me and keeping me informed about the process. When we had an issue with the carrier, she called them and got us a refund. Throughout the whole process she was professional, courteous and helpful. The price was fair. The carrier told me that he'd pick up the car by 6pm and finally showed up at 1am! The delivery was a day late and the car left halfway out in the street; no note or anything to where the keys were. Ed was suppose to call but never did. We had to get a car service to use a SlimJim to get in the car. They never went over the vehicle upon delivery which they are suppose to do. Sherry doggedly called and got us a refund check. A word to the wise: DO NOT USE QUALITY TRANSPORT LLC They should be reported to the BBB.
I'd use her again when I have something else to transport. Thanks, Sherry!

I'm glad everything worked out OK and I truly do make sure we do everything possible to accommodate our customers needs. I would gladly help you again if you ever need another transport and yes we are not going to use this carrier ever again I can assure you of that. Take care!
