Sherry was responsive and returned calls. Price was as estimated. Good service overall- one minor glitch but it worked out in the end. I spoke to several brokers and chose Sherry becasuse she seemed to be the most direct and straightforward. You can't control everything due to the way this business works between brokers and transporters, but I was definitely satisfied with my choice and would use her again.
