This is a second time I shipped my car; first time shipping my car with Sherry. My experience with Auto transport Connections, LLC was a pleasant one. Sherry had been wonderful to work with and I’m glad that I decided to go with her for my car shipping.
My situation was a little bit tricky since I don’t have anyone to sign for delivery of my car if it gets to Portland, OR on a weekday because I will be working full time at my internship. Once I told Sherry about the situation, she offered to let my car be dropped off at her place, which is in Vancouver, WA (about 20 mins outside of Portland).
One day before the delivery of my car, Sherry called me to let me know that the car will be delivered one day early. She told the carrier to contact me since I will be able to accept the delivery in Portland since the carrier will be getting in on a weekend. There was a misunderstanding by the carrier and he delivered the car to Vancouver (the original plan) instead of Portland. The carrier called and apologized after he dropped off the car… which was fine since Vancouver isn’t too far off.

Overall, I would give 5 stars for customer services to Auto Transport Connections, LLC
I would give 4 stars for car carrier with Big Star Transportation ( wish that the carrier would contact me, when he was going to be a few hours late for pick up)
