I had a car pickup from Washington to be delivered to Missouri. I needed the car be delivered within a week and moreover had specific dates for pickup too. ATC was extremely understnading with regards to my constraints and helped me to the best of their ability. The service was great and they provided with a contact number at every part of the delivery. I got my car delivered in 6 days even though that week was the week of long weekend. I would suggest ATC to be clear with the customer with regards to the type of payment the carrier would accept. I was told they would accept cash but the person who delivered the car said they would not take cash. He was however very helpful and helped me get a draft drawn out from Walmart but it would help to know this piece of information before hand. Except for that minor glitch the service was extremely satisfactory.
