Strong and Positive Customer Satisfaction with Auto Transport Center, Inc.

I recommend Auto Transport Center, Inc. without any reservations to anyone who is shipping a car out of Florida. I researched thoroughly before deciding to go with Auto Transport Center, Inc. I checked their references, their license number and googled for complaints against the company. I came upon a site on transport reviews that provided consumer feedback on several auto shipping companies. I found that these consumer responses matched the references that Mark provided me. Mark was the deciding factor in my decision to go with Auto Transport Center, Inc. Although he was assertive in getting my business, he was kind, not pushy and gave me the time and space to research the company.

I am a busy graduate student so I needed my car as soon as possible. He informed that my car could get picked up on a Thursday in Hollywood, Florida and that I would have it in Amherst, Massachusetts by Tuesday at the very latest. Well, my car was picked up on Thursday and it was sitting in my driveway that next Sunday morning!!! The driver informed me that he could have delivered it to me on Saturday night, but he chose to keep his word and deliver it to me on Sunday morning.

My parents informed me that the driver was extremely nice during the pick-up. The driver was patient and respectful will I checked the car during delivery. I asked him when I should change my tires. He gave me instructions on how to check my tires and told me how to find good tires for my car.

The car was dirty from a rainstorm we received the previous night. That was beyond his control. I am extremely satisfied with the service from Auto Transport Center, Inc. and I will definitely use them again when I ship my car. I recommend their services to others with no reservation!
