Extraordinary customer service

Out of approximately 30 quotes we received, AutoTransport 4 Less offered one of the least expensive. At first we were a little concerned, because lower price often equates to lower quality and service, but that was absolutely not the case with them. After reading their superlative reviews on this site, we researched them through the Better Business Bureau and learned they had a flawless reputation there as well.

What set them apart in our case was their willingness to go the extra mile for us.

As a broker, they originally contracted with a company called Affordable Towing and Transport. (See our negative review.) Both we and the recipient talked with the owner of Affordable Towing, as well as with the driver himself, and we were given an approximate pickup date five days later. One day after that scheduled pickkup date, Sandy at AutoTransport 4 Less called to tell us Affordable Towing had just cancelled, claiming they suddenly had no room on their trailer.

Sandy was very upset about this and, prior to calling us, she immediately posted our request on the board again and began making phone calls to find a replacement ride as quickly as possible. When they did not get a prompt response, AutoTransport 4 Less generously offered to give their broker's fee to the transporter company to stimulate interest in the contract; within a day they had secured another ride for us with We Care Auto Service in North Carolina.

From that point forward AutoTransport 4 Less had no financial interest in the contract, and yet they continued to stay in touch with us until we were on track with our new ride.

AutoTransport 4 Less offers the very best in customer service and support, and we recommend them without qualification.
