I shipped Two vehicle with this company during my military move to Hawaii. This has been the worst experience ever. Both of my vehicles were not picked up on time. The company gave me the run around for a booking number when those vehicle made it to the shipping. The guy driving the truck had to contact his boss in order to get in contact with Auto Transporter 360 to get the booking number. The company would not answer our calls because they knew our numbers. We were about to take an insurance loss on our vehicles. The customer service was the worst I've ever had to deal with. I would pay double the amount to another company before I deal with this company ever again.
