We used 24-7 to a BMW X5 from Montereye California to Michigan. X5 arrived 8 days later.Arriival was on time, however curiously the driver wanted to deliver the car at 10:00 p.m. We refused to take delivery that late, and he came the next morning. I looked over the car, but unfortunately did not look at the roof. The next day I washed the car and found to major dents in the top. Damage was quoteed at $1800.
Called Asgar and he basically said there was nothing he could do because I signed the bill of lading, that iwe needed to contact the carrier. He took no responsibility at all, said "I"m just the broker ".
Not only was the car damaged, but Asgar took no responsibility for anything. Feel free to contact me if you would like more details.
