First Time Hauler BMW has a new Home - Very Happy!

I worked with a broker Jeremy at E-Car Express in FL who hooked me up with Auto Trans Exports to transport my used BMW 540i. Jeremy was fantastic and reachable day or night. For the small additional fee charged by the broker i had satisfaction and round-the-clock coverage.

Auto Trans Export driver was Ivan, and he called me before he picked-up, after he was loaded, and a couple times during the 2300+ miles. Ivan explained his process, where he had drops and when he would be to me in MI. When Ivan called to say he would be able to drop the car a night early, a quick call to Jeremy to arrange for a next day delivery, so it was in daylight was all i needed - no problem.

The car was as described from the seller, and Ivan delivered it to me in the same condition. He had it off the truck and running for me, supplied me with paperwork and allowed me to check the car over and over - NO ISSUES, NO PROBLEMS, NO DAMAGE!

This was my first experience and definitely a POSITIVE one.
