Door to door service; not even close. They did not communicate with me. They said they would drop off the car Wednesday PM or Thursday AM, turned out to be Friday AM. They wanted to unload my car in the middle turning lane outside my neighborhood. We ended up getting the car two miles down the road outside a shopping mall. Not impressed at all.
