Auto Star Transport saved the day for me.
I had contracted with another car shipping company. In the process of researching companies I had also checked out Auto Star.
Company #1 really dropped the ball. Continually providing new dates for the car pick up, then revising and revising. Their customer service became less and less responsive as 5,7 and 9 days went buy.
Dominic Richards at Auto Star had consistently followed up and I asked him to take another look. He replied the same day that Auto Star could provide the service. 3 days later, my car arrived in Louisville Kentucky from Brooklyn NY.
During the 3 days, I received updates on the pick up, the transit, the location and the delivery of my car.
I would highly recommend Dominic and Auto Star.
