A straightforward and professional transaction. Not the cheapest, but no surprises and no cheesy "we have a truck in your area call immediately" pressure.

Delivery was actually a day late due to an ice storm that closed the interstate while the vehicle was in transit. Both the carrier and the broker communicated a new ETA.

(An additional shout out to Eric of ETM Transport. He kept me apprised through the weather delay. When he could not deliver to the original destination, we worked out a new drop-off point with no hassle. Then my vehicle failed to start on the carrier. He gave me a jump and stayed to make sure it was running before leaving.)
