Two consecutive trip. First trip very helpful and on time. Since the second trip was already secure, a lot of payment information was not clear out, the calls were not as often. The trip was delayed by two days and driver failed to deliver the car to the agreed upon location!!!!!!!!! Person receiving the car had to travel to the company's hub. Which was not even in the same city. I felt as soon as the second trip was secured, the attention was not the same. Very unsatisfied with the second trip.
