When we put out requests for quotes, I was encouraged to go with the lowest bidder. I was told, "they are all the same," and, "lower bids mean that they are trying to fill up the transport carrier, so it will also arrive faster."

Initially we selected another less expensive carrier and it was a disaster. After two weeks of head-aches, we cut our losses and resubmitted our bid. Three companies called us back and Auto Star was head and shoulders above the rest. There was no comparison in terms of professionalism, competence, and customer service.

The car was picked up the next day, and arrived the evening before the day scheduled.

Not only was it a much better experience than the previous carrier, it was a great customer experience period.

I can't recommend them more highly.
