I needed to ship my parents car from Florida to Pittsburgh. The process was actually a little more complex than I had originally thought, but luckily I had Jerry of Auto Shipping TLC in my corner. Before talking to Jerry I was bombarded with multiple offers from many different companies. But upon the final review there was always a catch or an increase price and I never felt comfortable with them. Then I spoke with Jerry. He literally spent almost a half hour on phone explaining the entire bidding process, how the system works and exactly what the steps would be to send my car. He was upfront and totally honest. And his price never changed. I had a few issues with me having to change dates and other issues with my parents and no matter when I called, Jerry answered. It was the best customer service I could imagine. And he even called a couple times during transit and after to make sure everything went ok. As far as trust and reliability you have to use this company and Jerry. And of course the car was delivered on time with no issues. --Ajay K
