I had never shipped a car before but Jerry and the hauler, Andre, did everything they could to make it easy and relatively painless. Jerry was extremely helpful in explaining the process, and scheduled the car to be shipped within two days of when I called.
There was one miscommunication in that I paid in full up front, but that message did not reach the hauler who wanted payment from my son who received the car on the other end. Jerry immediately verified what had happened and issued a refund. He could not have been better about rectifying this problem.
Overall an experience that was much less trouble than what I had envisioned.
