Let me begin this review by saying, before the day we started doing business, I did not know Jerry. I needed to truck my Jeep across country, from NJ to Los Angeles. I Googled Auto Transporters, filled out some basic information, and within minutes, my phone started blowing up with sales calls. Everyone seemed to promise the world. "Use me and I'll get you there the cheapest." And "My guys are the best. We'll get your vehicle there in less time that the other guys." I had been warned that shipping your vehicle across company was shady business. I started to fear picking up the calls.

Then I fielded this call from Florida. It was Jerry. He lacked the used car salesmanship of the other guys. He was comforting and professional. He didn't make flippant promises. He told it like it was (how do I know - because I'm writing this AFTER my truck was delivered). He gave me a price and stuck to it. He gave me an ETA and met it. There was no hard sell. Only his promise: "Use me and I won't let you down." I'm in sales myself and first impressions are key. I liked Jerry from the start.

In a business that the average person uses rarely (how many times will I truck my vehicle across country), Jerry treated our relationship like we'd regularly do business. If I had a question or a concern, Jerry dealt with it immediately. Not after 16 phone calls. Jerry knew he was responsible for one of my most prized possessions - and he acted as such. In the end, when there was a little matter prior to delivery, Jerry took care of it. I know most brokers could have wiped their hands of me. Not Jerry. He took care of everything.

At the bottom of this web page, I noticed there is a questions about being offered an incentive to submit a review. There was no HINT of such a thing. I guess that's indicative of the the ne'er-do-wells in this industry. All Jerry did was send me an email, requesting a review, good or bad. That's Jerry. A true professional who still knows there's value in personal integrity. To anyone looking to use transport their vehicles, I wholly recommend Jerry Cohen and Auto Shipping TLC. In closing, when you're moving across country, everyone seems to have their hands out. In Jerry's case, even though we never met in person, I know his hand was out to - but only to look for a handshake. Thank you Jerry for your help and the delivery of my prized Jeep. It arrived in pristine condition!
