This was my first experience shipping a car. I was shipping a car my child who is attending college out of state, and I was extremely anxious. After researching over 10 companies I narrowed it down to 3 companies. I called Auto Shipping TLC, and the phone was promptly answered by Jerry, the owner of the company. I found him to be Knowledgeable and professional, he explained exactly how the shipping process works, he was very honest and upfront with the information. He encouraged me to double check his references, and to talk to several other companies before making a decision. There was NO pressure! I checked out the 2 other companies I was considering, and felt the most comfortable with Jerry. I called him back at 10:30 at night and he immediately answered the phone! Within 2 days he had a driver set up to pick up my car. The price was within the range that we had discussed, Nick the driver was prompt, professional, and kept in constant communication with me. He delivered the car exactly on the day he said he would, and was very flexible with my child's schedule. Everything was perfect on the delivery end!! I would highly recommend Auto Shipping TLC for any Auto shipping needs you might have, I would absolutely use them again!!
