I had never dealt with having to ship a car before this. I called and spoke to Jerry on a Friday afternoon, I needed my car shipped from CA to Illinois and It was last minute with a small window of time. I needed my car picked up after 6:30pm that following Monday. Three day notice which I thought would be impossible. I cannot say enough about Jerry, he was nothing short of terrific. He arranged it within an hour with 5 star customer service. He made what was beyond stressful very stress free. He did not give me the pitch about it being last minute and it will cost more etc...he orchastrated the entire move for a more than reasonable rate. The driver was terrific called me to keep me posted also. The car arrived in Illinois in 3 days in the same condition it was when it left CA. Jerry is the only person I would ever call when having to do this again. He is honest, professional and knows exactly what he is doing and follows up. My situation was not an easy one to accomodate, but Jerry did it !! This has been a wonderful experience dealing with him and I would recommend this company to anyone needing their car transported. In todays day and age finding an honest man and company to work with isnt easy. From beginning to end Jerry was a complete pleasure to deal with and got the job done exactly as said he would. Professonal, trustworthy and terrfic man to work with !!! I would recommend him and his company to ANYONE and feel confident that they would have the same experience that I did.
