Facts about experience with this company: The broker, Jerry, was very professional. He posted our transportation needs, and worked to find a driver. He kept us up to date on progress.

The price of the transport: I felt the price of the transportation was good. I was pleased when a driver was found. It saved me the travel to pick up the vehicle.

Information about damage and the claim process: Our vehicle was delivered without damage. The only issue we had was the transportation vehicle broke down. So, we had to change the pickup location.

Time line of events including time for pickup and transport: Our GMC Acadia Denali was picked up in Minnesota on a Monday, and the approximate delivery date to Portland Maine was Thursday of the same week. On Tuesday the transport driver called to let us know that he would not meet the Thursday delivery date. He said he would meet us on Saturday. On Friday of that week the transport driver called to let us know his truck broke down in Mass. and the truck would not be fixed until sometime during the next week (it was the July 4th long weekend). That said, we decided to pick the vehicle up in Mass. (approximately 60 minutes from the original planned pick in Portland, Maine).

Company contact person: The broker at Auto Shipping TLC was easy to contact. He responded to email and phone messages promptly. The transport driver was not as quick to respond.

Summary: This was the first time we used a vehicle transportation company, and I feel things went well. We plan to purchase another vehicle in the US (the prices are better than what we have in Canada). When we find the right vehicle, we will definitely call Jerry at Auto Shipping TLC to arrange transportation.
