If you are interested in shipping a vehicle, this company is not the one you want to work with. I had never shipped a car before so I went online and got some quotes. Auto Shipping Network quoted me at the cheapest price and after talking to Takisha I decided to go with them. I put in an order on the 27th of april to have my car shipped on the 5th or 6th of May. The days came and there was no shipper. After calling every day for eleven days (thats 21 days total to find a shipper) they were still unable to procure a shipper for my vehicle. I have incurred 2 weeks worth of rental car fees on top of that. Fed up, I called another company (Autostar Transport and Logistics) and they had my car picked up in 24 hours. I can not knock them for their customer service. It "seemed" like they were trying and were very kind on the phone, but that only goes so far when they refuse to honor their contract. After reading other reviews it seems this company was once competent, but has recently begun to backslide. I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund from one of the most incognito customer service departments I have ever met. First off they want you to get your cancellation form notarized, which is not unheard of, but ridiculously unnecessary. The strangest thing I find is that they don't have a phone number. You HAVE to correspond with them through email. Which means "at their leisure." It seems as though they are trying to make getting a refund as difficult as possible in hopes you'll change your mind. But to avoid this ordeal all together, just find another shipping company. They may quote you a little more, but it'll be worth it.
