Overall, the shipping coordination process was smooth and the coordinator was responsive throughout the shipment. Communication was good, and everything was arranged in a timely manner. However, I did experience an issue regarding personal items in the vehicle. Before shipping, I specifically asked whether I could place items inside the car. The coordinator informed me that it was allowed as long as the items were not excessively heavy. At no point was I informed about a strict 99 lb weight limitation for personal belongings. Because this limitation was not clearly communicated upfront, I packed items based on the information provided. The weight restriction only became an issue later in the process, which caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. I would recommend that the company clearly communicate all restrictions, including the 99 lb maximum for personal items, during the initial booking process so customers can prepare accordingly and avoid surprises. Despite this issue, the transportation itself went well, and I appreciate the overall coordination and service.
