I needed to move an older vehicle that had been sitting for some time across the country. From the moment I inquired about the process with Auto Shipping Group, I was promptly replied to and provided with not only the information I requested but with the answers to the questions I had not thought of. Felicia made the the entire process much easier than I expected. She stayed in touch throughout the initial request, scheduling, pick up, and delivery. My vehicle had some unique issues. I was not colocated with the vehicle and had not seen it in months. Felicia was extremely understanding and helped me work with my brother and dad for the pick up. After the vehicle was up and running and the pick up was scheduled, the fuel pump went out. Felicia was on top of it immediately! She rescheduled a truck with a wench to pick up my vehicle and was able to prevent any delay in the schedule. She kept myself and my brother informed and up to date on the pick up. She worked with me to make the payment process incredibly easy. Felicia followed through after the pick up and kept me informed on the delivery.The entire process was quick and easy. Much simpler than I ever thought possible, and Felicia was key to that. Thank you!
