Kimberly: @ASG was very polite, answered all of my questions, I made sure to point out only 3 wheels, therefore no open deck, she looked up the vehicle, and understood my needs. I requested open delivery do, to the price diff of enclosed, they were within $25 of other brokers, that I couldn't speak to on the phone. I agreed to the price, filled out their paperwork, gave an approx. availability date for pickup at the dealer. Kim kept in touch with how things were progressing at her end. She then called and said she had an enclosed delivery available, coming my direction, and it would cost $25 more. Heck Ya. I know this is not the norm, but she could have easily passed this onto a better paying trip, but instead kept her word, and found me a great delivery. I have seen people that post, it was not what I was told, but I also question their truthfulness as to the item. Things happen, trucks fail, people get sick, these cannot be anticipated, but I am very HAPPY with my delivery.
