Felicia provided great customer service and was very professional. This was our first time shipping a car from Hawaii to the mainland and didn't know where to begin. Once I contacted her,she explained the entire process and listed everything we would need to do. She made the whole process easy for us. We were frequently updated along the way up until the car arrived in Las Vegas. While our car suffered a little damage,it was due to handling during the ocean transport. We would definitely go with Felicia again if we ever need to ship another car to the mainland
