I’ve shipped dozens upon dozens of cars over the recent years and I will ONLY ever deal with Felicia of ASG. She is remarkable! Reliable, communicative, punctual and thorough. She follows the process from beginning to end and genuinely wants to know if she’s meeting my expectations. As with my most recent transport (12236085), she once again has exceeded my expect. In a day and time when quality customer service is non-existent, Felicia is the consistent exception. Outstanding. And, her rates are consistently better than all the big-box locations. Highly recommended!
