This was a great experience. When l recieved the initial quote from Felicia, l was unsure whether l was going to ship or sell it. She would touch base, in a low pressure manner, just to see where l was at. When l did decide to have it shipped, one call and she was on it. She was able to patiently work through some mistakes l made and the car made it over to Kauai in record time - 11 days from Long Beach, CA to Nawilliwilli, Kauai. If l ship again, she will be my first call!
