The high level of customer service provided by Felicia from the time I placed the reservation through the delivery of our vehicle was amazing. We had very specific delivery dates and Felecia was able to fulfill the request. Even after we had to cancel the first delivery, she remained professional and polite while re-arranging another delivery date. Felecia found the perfect truck and delivery for our prized vehicle. She had our vehicle shipped from the West Coast to the East Coast with no issues. Because of her professionalism we would not hesitate to use Auto Shipping Group with our future deliveries.
